What if I’m Booking on Behalf of My Dependent?
Creating a Forwarding Address for Your Dependent
*A unique email address is required to register for Medeo.
*If your dependent has their own email account, use that address to register for Medeo.
*Otherwise, create a forwarding address in your email account (also known as an email alias).
Creating a Medeo Account for your Dependent
To create a Medeo account for your child, parent or dependent:
*Sign up for a Medeo Patient account using the dependent’s email account, or your email alias.
*Enter the dependent’s information as normal.
*Verify the new Medeo Patient account by clicking on the confirmation link sent by email from Medeo.
Note: The dependent’s Medeo account must include their provincial Health Card Number.
